What is single polished rice?
Single Polish means husk and only one layer of bran gets removed. So it still retains most of its nutrients. In short, single polished rice is right in the middle of white rice and brown rice. I strongly recommend this rice to eat as it is healthier and tastier choice for elders (especially sugar patients).
